Excellent hotel with friendly staff, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how they helped me return my forgotten jewelry on my first stay. I'll be back for Christmas!

The place was clean and PLEASANT, it had amazing staff at reception desk. The room was fairly quiet and comfy and had private bathroom plus a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and refrigerators. The rate was $ 180.

Comfortable seating in the lobby.
The room was filthy upon arrival. I found dirty linens and trash left behind from previous guests. The bathroom had mold everywhere, and the shower was unusable due to the condition. It reminded me of an unsanitary environment, and I couldn't believe how the staff allowed this neglect.

Rooms were dated and although the bedding was clean and the bed comfortable the whole facility needs a generous cleaning and update.

The hotel was perfect for our family, especially with the kids. We loved that it was pet-friendly and conveniently located near outdoor activities. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean.
My kids wished for a larger pool area for more fun.

It was poorly maintained, not enough staff, whole atmostphere was one of neglect from the entrance hall through to the dining facilities. Of the 19 places we stayed during our holiday, this was the worst.
